As the author said, the Macs are getting more and more popular. Recently it just surpassed the long leading, The PC. It might continue to grow for several years, but the impact of the sales in the computer world is still small and the belief that Macs are safer is getting shattered by the minute as more new mac users join the Mac world.
I believe that Macs are now more superior than PCs in many ways. The Macs have a nice, slim and cool exterior design, and the Interior design is as good as the exterior. It's colorful and easy to use and navigate around. The safe worries in the Macs are much lower than the PCs because of the user base which is a lot lower than the PCs, so hackers are not applied to attack for this minority. In the next few years I believe that the Apple Empire will fall. The high prices for the Macs are one of the most important factors for buying a new laptop or a desktop computer. With the same price for the Mac you can get a much better computer. Even with a lower price you still can get a better computer than a Mac. If the prices didn't get lower soon, I think people will start to realize that they can get a better computer with much less money. Other thing that people think Mac is better than PC is the safety. Most people believe that the Mac have a better security than the PC. The reason behind it because the user base for the mac is less than the PC user base. Hackers are more attracted to attack PCs because of the big user base, and the easy-to-use hacking applications that is developed by professional hackers. Whether you are a PC user or a Mac user, with the advancement of technology they are getting more and more similar to each other. It won't be much different if you use The Mac or The PC.

I agree with you on that Mac is leading the market because of its attractive design, and the safety reputation. But, I don't think that the Apple Empire will fall, because it always generates new ideas and technology which attract customers.
